The New Paltz Ballet Theatre is a 501(c)3 dance company, producing the annual performance of The Nutcracker for the Bardavon 1869 Opera House, and hosting educational outreach programs such as its annual Master Class Series and the Ray Delle Memorial Sponsorship for students of its official school, the New Paltz School of Ballet.
Serving Ulster, Dutchess, Orange Counties and the Hudson Valley.
Touring Performances
Each year New Paltz Ballet Theatre also presents a touring cast in a special version of the production at popular local resorts such as Mohonk Mountain House and Rocking Horse Ranch. These are complimentary to resort overnight guests, bringing the magic of The Nutcracker to both locals and those visiting the Hudson Valley. Performances are on select weekend evenings in November and December.
